You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item purchased from our website: branchious.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@branchious.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and return items that bring your total purchase below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at help@branchious.com.
